Chris is the General Counsel at the Finance Authority of Maine (FAME), where he has worked for almost 30 years. Chris oversees all of the legal aspects of FAME’s operations and programs, including program development and implementation. He also has primary operational responsibility for FAME’s Bond financing programs, as well as the Maine Seed Capital Tax Credit and the Maine New Markets Capital Investment Programs, about which he has testified on numerous occasions before the Maine Legislature’s Tax and Government Oversight Committees. Chris received a B. A. in Economics, cum laude, from Villanova University and a J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law. He practiced law in two law firms in Portland, Maine before joining FAME.
