Colleen Kavanagh is the Founder and CEO of SoulBeing, a health-tech platform focused on improving access to preventative and complementary care while helping employers get more value from their healthcare spend. Colleen built her career at GE Healthcare, where she worked closely with large hospital systems on operational efficiency and cost optimization. It was through this work that she identified a critical gap between healthcare investment and actual utilization, inspiring her to launch SoulBeing. Colleen is committed to driving impact both locally and nationally.
