Deb Mills-Scofield created one of Bell Labs' most profitable patents, with a career turning technical innovation into revenue. She was an early-stage VC partner and founded Finding Blue Lobsters, her strategy and innovation firm. Deb is also a mentor at the Roux. As a partner at Corsair, she drives post-investment value creation, optimizing founder performance and portfolio growth. Deb co-created two concentrations at Brown University, including Design Engineering and Cognitive Science. She brings 30+ years of operator and investor experience to every founder she works with.
