Helen is a corporate and securities attorney at Bernstein Shur, specializing in guiding entrepreneurs, startups, and investors through the complexities of early-to mid-stage financing. Her areas of focus include: capital-raising transactions, outside general counsel services, and corporate governance. Helen is also on the Board of Directors of Maine Venture Fund, and is a graduate of Boston College Law School and Dartmouth College.
