JT White
JT White is the Co-Founder and CEO of Forerunner, a company helping governments modernize operations with AI-powered software and geospatial data tools. Raised in Maine, JT has always been interested in building practical technology that makes government work simpler, faster, and more effective. Today, Forerunner works with more than 200 agencies across the country on everything from permitting and inspections to emergency operations and hazard management. In 2026, the company announced a $26.3 million Series B to expand its AI platform. Before starting Forerunner, JT led digital product design at Managed by Q, an office services marketplace acquired by WeWork in 2019, and later worked in leadership roles at Maven Clinic. Earlier in his career, he was a design researcher at the MIT Media Lab, where he worked on urban planning technology focused on cities and public infrastructure.
