Kevin Compher is CIO at Ateklo, a Portland-based deep tech venture studio, and partner at IceNine and Interwoven. He has backed or advised hundreds of early-stage ventures across biotech, robotics, and space, and serves on the boards of Blackshark and Sirius Capital. A serial founder (Foundation, OpenSpatial, Midcoast Ventures), Kevin previously held senior roles in the Intelligence Community (advance sensing & computing), the SEC (market structure & HPC), and InQTel (applied AI & aerospace). He mentors at the Roux and at CDL Halifax, is a Foresight fellow, + writes for the Divinity School.
