Liam Fisher is the founder of Maine Garum Company, maker of sustainable, fermented umami-rich sauces that upcycle seafood processing byproducts and utilize invasive species. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Liam's background is the application of his technical expertise in pursuit of a deep knowledge of food. His experience spans product development, fine dining, aquaculture, fermentation and seafood processing. Now a full time entrepreneur, part time food safety consultant, Liam has a passion for sharing his knowledge with others and supporting Maine's food systems.
