I began my career in innovation and growth strategy consulting, helping leading brands across industries understand customers and launch new products. While I valued that work, I discovered a deeper passion for helping young talent find purpose and build meaningful careers. I transitioned to higher education, where I developed employer partnerships, created immersive learning experiences, and advised thousands of students. Now, as Interim Director at the Halloran Lab, I support students across disciplines in turning ideas into ventures and pathways to opportunity.
