At MTI for the past decade, Lou has been working with Maine’s entrepreneurs to help them access funding for innovation and scaling up their business growth in Maine and beyond. From MTI’s business innovation funding, pandemic recovery programs, and the recent Maine Technology Asset Fund, Lou helps founders access investments to take their business to the next level. Prior to MTI, Lou earned his Master’s Degree in Resource Administration & Management from UNH’s Department of Natural Resources & Environment, while working with Portland startups and UNH’s Sustainability Institute.
