Matt Hyde is a Partner and Co-Founder of Catalyst Law Group in Boulder, CO. A Naval Academy graduate and Navy veteran, Matt brings a service-oriented mindset to his work representing startups, emerging growth companies, and venture investors in financings, M&A, and corporate governance matters. Before founding Catalyst, he gained broad experience at several leading international law firms. Matt serves as a mentor to startup entrepreneurs through his work at Patriot Boot Camp and Techstars. When not practicing law, you can find him in the great outdoors skiing, hiking or fly fishing.
