Mitch Lench is CEO and founder of Ocean’s Balance, a Maine-based, vertically integrated seaweed ingredients company serving food, nutraceutical, and pet markets. He previously led Treetops Capital, an impact investment fund focused on microfinance, recognized as a top global manager. Mitch also held roles at Credit Suisse, Fitch Ratings, and Bank of America. He serves on the board of The Nature Conservancy in Maine and holds a Master’s from Columbia University and a BA from Binghamton University.
