Rae started her career finance, broke into tech in 2012, and moved into product marketing in 2015 at Intercom. In 2018, she co-founded Olivine, a product marketing agency that scaled to $2M in revenue and was later acquired. In 2022, Rae created All-In Meetups, which grew to 10k members across 50 cities and led to co-founding River, an in-person event platform backed by Jason Calacanis & Balaji Srinivasan. In 2025, the company pivoted to DNNR, a white-labeled dinner club platform. She's also building Freedom Village, a neighborhood for entrepreneurs in New Hampshire.
