Santiago Zindel is the Director of the Roux Institute's Founder Residency, where he works closely with startup founders to help them build and scale. He holds an MBA and Master of Environmental Management from Yale University and brings hands-on experience from both sides of the table — having been one of the first employees at an impact startup and led three Techstars accelerator programs. Zindel is passionate about building entrepreneurial ecosystems that drive meaningful impact.
